What is DocFast?

DocFast is web-based IT Inventory software (the inventory system Indonesian Customs requires of bonded facilities) from PT. Kausa Teknologi Indonesia for Bonded Zones, Bonded Warehouses, Bonded Logistics Centers (PLB), and general and manufacturer importers. It pulls transaction data from your ERP, drafts BC documents, sends them host-to-host to CEISA 4.0, and keeps the stock card and Customs reports matched to every document.

Does your company face any of the following issues?

Stressed staffer going through paper customs documents while customs officers wait in the warehouse
Spending too much time filling in product details on import documents BC 2.3 / BC 2.0
Import documents BC 2.3 and BC 2.0 are created based on the invoice, packing list, and B/L or AWB. These documents are often in PDF format, as they are scanned copies
Struggling with managing fixed assets and customs documentation
Often, a fixed asset is created from various BC documents before being consolidated into a complete asset. This process requires complex Excel files and collaboration between the finance and export-import departments.
Spending too much time filling in product and raw material details on BC 2.5 documents
Creating BC 2.5 documents or other exit documents requires companies to break down a finished product based on its raw materials using BOM data and referencing the import BCs that accompany the raw materials. This process can be extremely time-consuming without an integrated system
Struggling with creating accurate and real-time Customs reports
IT Inventory is required to generate Customs reports automatically based on daily operational transactions. Unfortunately, companies often struggle with proper system integration, resulting in reports that lack accuracy, automation, and real-time capabilities
Manually creating the necessary documents for customs transactions
From Power of Attorney to grant authority to Freight Forwarders or PPJK to collect goods from the port or airport, to the Request Letter for Subcontracting or Fixed Assets, all can be automated with our software. Data will be seamlessly synchronized with IT Inventory

Inside DocFast

Simplify your trade, see everything clearly

Six things your team does every week, and how DocFast makes each one lighter.

One dashboard for every declaration

See import and domestic purchases side by side, month by month. Track every declaration, spot what needs action today, and open the full report in one click.

Supporting documents become draft declarations

Upload the invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. DocFast's AI reads them and prepares a BC 2.3 or BC 2.0 draft with the goods filled in. Your team checks, completes, and submits.

Price anomalies caught before Customs sees them

DocFast tracks the declared price of each item code over time. When a new declaration is far off the usual trend, it is flagged so you can correct it before submission, not after a query.

Your CEISA 4.0 history, kept for as long as you need

The CEISA 4.0 portal shows only about two years of documents, but you must keep them for 10. DocFast archives every BC 2.0, 2.3, 2.5 and more, so an audit years later is not a scramble.

Discuss each document where it lives

Ask a question, attach the revised invoice, and get an answer, all on the declaration itself. No more hunting through chat groups for the right file.

Know the moment Customs responds

When CEISA 4.0 returns a response, such as a request for data (NPD), the person responsible gets an email with the document details and a link to open it. Nothing waits unnoticed.

Build it yourself or use DocFast?

The CEISA 4.0 Open API is open to every account holder, so a strong IT team can build its own integration. The API call is the small part; this is what else has to be built and maintained.

Frequently asked questions about DocFast

Who is DocFast for?

Companies that receive customs facilities and must run an IT Inventory: Bonded Zones (Kawasan Berikat), Bonded Warehouses, Bonded Logistics Centers (PLB), and general or manufacturer importers who prepare BC documents regularly.

Which BC documents does DocFast support?

DocFast drafts and submits BC 2.0, BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.6.2, BC 2.7, BC 3.0, BC 4.0, and BC 4.1 to CEISA 4.0, with duties and taxes calculated automatically.

Which ERPs can DocFast integrate with?

DocFast is already integrated with ERPs such as Oracle, Infor, Accpac, and AS/400. For other systems, we tailor the integration to how your company records its transactions.

What happens when CEISA 4.0 is down?

Your team keeps preparing documents in DocFast. They are sent to CEISA 4.0 as soon as the system is back, and the registration number is recorded automatically.

Can Customs officers access the data in DocFast?

Yes. IT Inventory must be accessible to Customs online, so DocFast provides 24/7 access. Data is encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest, and staff sign in through Active Directory Single Sign-On.

How long are documents kept?

The CEISA 4.0 portal shows only about the last two years of documents, while the law requires you to keep them for 10. DocFast archives every BC document you submit, so they are still there for an audit years later.
