About Kausa

Customs software built by people who understand the audit

PT. Kausa Teknologi Indonesia builds IT Inventory and customs document software for companies operating under Indonesia's bonded-zone facilities. Every product starts from the rules of DJBC and the day-to-day work of the teams who answer to them.

Who we are

We are a software company focused on one hard problem: keeping bonded-zone operators compliant without burying their teams in paperwork. That focus is deliberate. Customs regulation in Indonesia changes often, integrates with a specific government system, and is audited in detail, so generic tools fall short. We build for that reality, and we stay beside our clients while they go live.

Vision

Delivering the Best Experience for Businesses in Supply Chain Data Management and Optimization.

Mission

Streamlining Supply Chain Documentation and Workflows

Integrating data with relevant systems and leveraging the latest technologies like AI, enabling companies to focus on strategic priorities beyond documentation.

Enhancing Accuracy in Supply Chain Operations

Ensuring regulatory compliance by maintaining data accuracy through integrated systems used by your operational team.

Providing Full Transparency and Control Over Operations

Providing the management team with real-time visibility into supply chain activities, enabling effective decision-making.

What we build

Four products that share one inventory model, so figures agree wherever they appear.

Implementation

The software is half of what you buy. The other half is who stands beside you.

Every bonded-zone company runs differently: a different ERP, different item codes, different habits built up over years of audits. No product fits on day one.

That is why we do not hand over a login and leave. A Kausa engineer works with your team through every phase of the rollout, and every problem that surfaces is ours to solve, not yours to work around.

1

One named engineer for your rollout, from kick-off to your first clean audit.

  1. 1

    Assessment

    What usually goes wrong

Item codes in the ERP, the old inventory file, and past BC documents do not match, so nobody trusts the opening balance.

    What we do

We map your codes, reconcile the opening stock against your last audit, and agree the numbers with you before anything is imported.

  2. 2

    Setup and integration

    What usually goes wrong

The ERP exports data in a shape the customs system does not expect, and the integration stalls for weeks.

    What we do

We build and test the ERP connection ourselves, including the CEISA 4.0 host-to-host link, and run it in parallel with your current process until it matches.

  3. 3

    Go-live

    What usually goes wrong

A declaration is rejected, a cut-off is close, and the team does not know whether the data or the system is wrong.

    What we do

We are on-site or on-call through the first weeks. A rejection is diagnosed and fixed with you the same day, and the cause is closed so it does not recur.

  4. 4

    After go-live

    What usually goes wrong

DJBC changes a rule or a document format, and the software you bought last year quietly falls behind.

    What we do

Regulatory updates ship to every client as part of the service, and the same engineer stays your contact for audits, new facilities, and new staff.
